In order to place advertisements or submit material to NZHJF.com, the user must register for use of the website. If the Fee has not been received by completion of your application then NZHJF.com will cease the Service provided to the Customer under this Agreement.
The user shall pay NZHJF.com charges listed on the website for services and products provided via the website. Charges shall be payable by: Paypal.
The user acknowledges that although they may use the website and submit information to the website, such information will not actually be displayed on the website until such time as payment has cleared. All credit card payments are processed by Paypal and as such, NZHJF.com does not collect and has no responsibility for credit card or other details with respect to payment.
The names, images and logos identifying NZHJF.com or third parties and their products and services are proprietary marks of NZHJF.com and/or third parties.
The user acknowledges that NZHJF.com owns all rights, title and interest to the intellectual property contained on this website including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all copyright contained in the information, graphics, design and software forming part of the website.
NZHJF is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. Your online videos will only be available to NZHJF hospitality employers who had been vetted by our staff at New Zealand Hospitality Job Finder.
The user agrees not to engage in any activity which facilitates or encourages unsolicited email including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, “spamming” and “mail bombing”. The user must comply with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007
The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the user agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand High Court

Ensuring quality of content
Let us know when the vacancy is filled so we can take it down immediately to stop staff wasting their valuable time. The employer must take care that a vacancy is advertised in the right categories and regions.
While NZHJF.com accepts no responsibility for any material placed on the website, the user acknowledges that any material they wish to place in the employment lists or staff registering will first be reviewed and approved by NZHJF.com staff. In the event the material contains anything that NZHJF.com believes, in its sole discretion, is inappropriate, or breaches these terms and conditions, then NZHJF.com may elect not to place that material on the website.
When advertising any vacancies on the website, the user agrees that they will comply with all employment laws and regulations that may exist, including but not limited to, equal opportunity employment and human rights
The user must not list or place any job vacancy listings if the user is aware that those listings are false or misleading or in breach of any law, statute or regulation
When applying for any vacancies through the website, the user shall ensure that any information the user supplies to the Advertiser is accurate and correct and that the user has the necessary rights to apply for that vacancy.
NZHJF.com does not endorse or recommend any party that may apply for any of the vacancies or opportunities listed on the website and it is the responsibility of the user who placed the advertisement to ensure that any applicants are qualified and meet their requirements
The user authorises NZHJF.com to retain information on the user for the purposes of communicating with the user and from time to time making the user aware of any offers of services and products provided by NZHJF.com to its clients or website users, internal research purposes, to verify the user’s identity and any other purpose authorised by the user.
