If you’re looking for a new challenge, relish the idea of travel and experiencing a different culture and are willing to apply for a working visa, then a seasonal contract in the hospitality industry in New Zealand might suit you. You’ll be able to experience the wonder of this amazing country while earning money to pay for your trip.
If you register, then place your CV and 30-second interview clip online, New Zealand hospitality entrepreneur Juliearna Kavanagh will view your details and check your references and standard of English. If all is well it will be uploaded to a secure area of our website for viewing by hospitality businesses in New Zealand. The site will also carry your CV, references and Juliearna’s personal opinion or recommendation. If you are travelling around New Zealand you will be able to update your details on the website as your circumstances change.
Hospitality businesses will be able to look at your interview video and credentials and judge for themselves your suitability for positions in their hotel or restaurant. It will be up to you and your new employer to negotiate your own working agreement - we don't take a percentage of your pay.
To register with us you will need to have previous experience, have a good standard of English, be presentable and achieve a high standard of service and quality. HACCP and Health & Safety experience are a bonus. Right now membership is 100% free, but we will eventually charge an administration fee of NZ$100 for uploading your video and details to the website.
