As a business member of the New Zealand Hospitality Job Finder you will be able to view short online interviews and the candidates’ CVs before you choose who you wish to interview. For the price of a newspaper advert, business members can log into the website and search for potential staff by region and job type. The applicant and business then negotiate their own working agreement.

The New Zealand Hospitality Job Finder has been set up with small businesses in mind, so the costs to you are nominal, the scale of charges being linked to the size of the business. Once you have registered you are able to place your jobs online and the staff are able to contact you directly with their 30 second video and CV.

Staff of 15 or fewer, annual fee of NZ$500
Staff of 15-30, annual fee of NZ$750
Staff of 30-50, annual fee of NZ$1000
Staff of 50-plus, annual fee of NZ$1500
